3 Italian Chickens – SPECIAL EVENT at ai Pazzi with Chef Fabio Viviani – Las Vegas NV

Sunday July 19-26 was the cooking demo by Chef Fabio Viviani at his restaurant ai Pazzi (the crazy ones) in the Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas NV. He made three Italian Chicken Dishes and told stories about growing up with these dishes and how he cooks these dishes. He has a funny but honest way of describing things. He also gave us his recipes and gave us large tastings. It was a lot of fun and way more food than a person can eat.
