A Taste of Moko Sushi – N. Las Vegas NV

Moko Sushi offers a variety of sushi and Japanese Cuisine. You can order off the menu or do the All-You-Can-Eat option. Inside is a bar and dining room with traditional takes , bench tables, and half booths. I noticed an outside patio but I am nt certain if it gets used.

We went for the A.Y.C.E. option and started with Tuna, Yellowtail Belly, & Salmon Belly Sushi and added the fresh wasabi.

The sushi is made nicely and doesn’t fall apart. The sushi is OK but might be warmer than what I’m used to. Also it’s slightly less hydrated.

The Spicy Tataki was MY FAVORITE Place of the bunch. This was actually VERY GOOD. (spicy tuna, seared tuna, avocado, garlic ponzu, hot sauce) This was delicious and much better tasting than most rolls I try from similar restaurants.

Tempura vegetables were crispy and a bit different. One onion ring, a broccoli, and a slice of butternut squash. I thought tasty but this was my husband’s least favorite.

the Hamachi Kama was my least favorite but that was only because it was so over cooked that it boiled itself to death and turned dry and crumbly.

The Korean Fried Chicken was different. Sort of like chicken nuggets with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Enjoyed the Sunrise Roll (spicy tuna, salmon, avocado, spicy ponzu) Good Roll!

My husband tried the Goyza

Chicken Skewer – dark meat – tasty

This one was kinda bland but sounded interesting to me. Yum Yum Crispy Salmon

Kurobuta Sausage and Pork Belly – My husband tried. I think he said that he preferred the sausage over the pork belly.

That was a TASTE of Moko Sushi
