These Orion Korean Style Chicken Turtle Chips was something that I felt compelled to try so I did.

I looked at the ingredients. They do frighten me a bit.

I open the bag and take a whiff.

The chips have very little aroma to them. Also the bag is only half full.

These chips have a texture like no other.

They are so light but also crunchy with many thin light crisp layers.

They are like crunchy air.

They taste like fried chicken that is sweet with a tiny amount of smoke and finishes with heat.

If fried chicken was light as air but crunchy with lots of layers this is it.

The chips are very good but I don’t tastes Korean Pepper (gochugaru or gochujang).

The hot is just a generic hot.

Don’t get me wrong it’s still a very good tasting chip.

I was just hoping for Korean flavors because good Korean Fried Chicken is mighty delicious!
