Sicilian Guys Trattoria is a full service Italian Restaurant and Bar located in the North/West part of Vegas. Inside they offer a variety of seating. They offer booths, traditional tables, bar seating and indoor patio seating.

On our most recent visit we were here at dinner time and they started us off with house made bread with a large sprig of rosemary and a small dish of embellished oil.

This was good we were happy with the bread.

My husband tried the arancini.

He said that this was less seasoned than he is used to but was the highlight of dinner tonight.

The most disappointing plate from all my visits here was the chicken marsala.

It looks good and the chicken is nice and tender but –

It’s next to tasteless.

It sits in something very watery that tastes like mushroom water.

My husband tastes a piece of the chicken and he says, “WOW that is tasteless” “You are going to need to add salt and pepper to it”

The other problem was that the pastas very over cooked and the bucatini are splitting in half.

My husband’s dinner is slightly better.

He had the chicken parm.

Again the chicken is tender and nice and moist and also the cheese on it is good.

But the pasta is also very over cooked and falling apart. Also the tomato sauce is very thick and has little flavor.

Like most restaurants this one too can be hit or miss.
