Sizzle Stack Burger is a small casual family owned burger place in the Spring Valley part of Vegas.

They have a small simple but good smash burger menu of fresh ground in-house brisket burgers and beef tallow fries.

It’s very casual inside.

You order and pay at the counter (BTW – This establishment is cashless you need a bank or credit card)

Then you get a number and seat yourself. The cashier serves you your beverage and runs the food out a few minutes latter.

We both tried smash burgers called Sizzle Stack Burgers (double patty, American cheese ((mine no cheese), grilled onions, pickles, house sauce) and some tallow fries.

This was all surprisingly very good. It’s like if fast food was good this would be it. Prices were also reasonable and the girl at the counter even checked on us.

We let Charlie try some.
