The FORKING Las Vegas FOOD Bus of the Week

The most exciting meal out was the Tour of Italy Demonstration by Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani at his restaurant ai Pazzi. His tour of Italy was a bunch of funny stories and some eggplant parmesan, mushroom risotto, and miso cod. It was a bit unusual but so is Fabio so it all worked out fine.

Tried M Thai – It wasn’t bad or anything like that. It was reasonably good but not my style.

For my taste not enough infused basil tastes. Spicy basil wasn’t hand chopped and green curry wasn’t green. Some people like Thai Food this way but this is just not my style. Not bad just not my style.

WOW! I can’t believe what I experienced at an Emeril Lagasse group restaurant called Meril (after his daughter) We’ve been to FOUR other Emeril Lagasse Restaurants and they’ve all been good. His gumbo and banana cream pie were amazing at all his restaurants that we’ve been expect at Meril they differed.

Each dish was slightly off. Even the gumbo and banana cream pie.
