The FORKING Las Vegas FOOD Buzz of the Week

The BEST of the week came from ai Pazzi. In case you don’t know ai Pazzi is a fine dining Italian Restaurant by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani. This time we’ve enjoyed hand made raviolis, the branzino, the pork chop and a very pretty chocolate hazelnut dessert.

Went to SNS Diner BBQ with Charlie on the Patio. Me and Charlie had a Ground in House Angus Burger. Charlie and my husband had a Brisket Philly.

Sadly there is a worst of the week and plates came from the MICHELIN RECOMMENDED restaurant Ping Pang Pong.

One was a spring roll that was hot and mushy inside.

mushy spring rolls from Ping Pang Pong

The other was sickly SWEET Kung Pao Chicken with tendons or veins on most of the chicken chunks.

Super SWEET and attached tendons or Veins from Ping Pang Pong

My husband wasn’t particularly fond of the spicy shrimp with noodles either but it wasn’t as terrible as the above dishes.

BLECH!
