Last weekend I got to go to two Las Vegas Food Festivals. Unstripped at The Palms and also Fork in the Desert at Aliante Casino. Here are most of the things that I got to pick from –

Summer – Siegel’s 1941 re-opens for breakfast and lunch. AND also Alex Steakhouse also opens on that spot in the El Cortez Casino/Hotel after the remodel.

Fall – Stix Asian Food Hall – Uncommons (near Durango)
