One of the better of the week was our dinner from The Charcoal Room (the steakhouse in Santa Fe Station Hotel/Casino) We had spectacular service and the specials were both very good (miso glazed Chilean sea bass & the surf and turf (lobster tail with 6oz Prime Filet)

We also got to try a new Chinese Restaurant called Yu by Sijie. All the food we tried was VERY GOOD but ordering is another story…..You order yourself on a tablet….no descriptions……some of menu is in Chinese. You’ll have to read about it.
