The Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station – Las Vegas NV – Worth a Try!

The Charcoal Room is a steakhouse with two locations in Las Vegas NV. One is located in Palace Station that is close to the strip and the other is in Santa Fe Station that is in North/West Las Vegas. The Santa Fe has a large bar in the middle of the restaurant with mostly booths all around the room and a few traditional tables.

Whatever you order they start you off with a bread basket and butter.

This time we tried the shishito peppers as an appetizer.

They are good but run a bit too spicy hot today. I take most them home to freeze and use for when I need hot peppers.

For my main I tried the miso glazed sea bass special.

For me it’s reasonably good. All is well.

My husband tries the surf and turf special (lobster tail and 6 oz Prime Filet).

with a side order of macaroni and cheese.

All here is prepared nicely and is delicious.

Here are pictures from a few visits.

Here’s Charlie enjoying some Prime Filet.
