I use my bundt pan for savory foods more often than for making cakes. Here are some of my creations.

Here is Bundt Lasagna.

I made fresh ricotta cheese and fresh dough. Made it like a traditional cheese lasagna but jelly roll style and cooked it in a bundt pan.

Did the same thing with a pizza.

Recently made a Bundt Cabbage Roll with Sweet and Sour Tomato Sauce (soon to be published).

This one was made with an outer coating of cabbage and ground turkey seasonings and leftover rice from a stewed chicken inside.
