The Montana Meat Company is a reasonably price Steakhouse-Diner-Bar- & Some Gaming with two locations in Las Vegas Nevada. For food they offer breakfast, lunch specials, daily specials, a graveyard menu, a kids menu, 15 varieties of wings or tenders, some Mexican style food, sandwiches, salads, wraps, burgers, steaks, entrees, pasta and MORE!

The Centennial (North/West Las Vegas) location has a separate bar and gaming area.

The Dining Area is kinda dark but light enough to read the menu and is filled with booths.

I tried the Macadamia Halibut Special with Jalapeño Creamed Corn and a Baked Potato.

The halibut here was cut so thin that I don’t recognize it as halibut……But it was prepared nicely and is mild and moist. The baked potato is really great with a crisp skin and a moist fluffy interior. It also came with soft whipped butter that was good. The Jalapeño Creamed Corn was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a velvety creamy corn side….but they give you corn kernels and pour cream over them….

My husband tried the Filet Medallions with Onion Rings and Macaroni and Cheese.

It’s not the most flavorful steak or mushroom sauce but the Medallions are tender and cooked medium-rare as requested. Onion rings are a little greasy but good. Macaroni and Cheese is better than from a lot of places and isn’t mushy here.

Just like the majority of places out there some things on the menu are better than other things.
