There is always something new, weird, different, limited and special edition in the wonderful world of food. We just never know WTFork we will come across when we shop for food.

Up above is –

SPECIAL EDITION – Artificially flavored pumpkin pie M&M’s. Pumpkin Pies are Fab-BOO-lous but artificially flavored candy is usually awful…….

DIFFERENT – Reese’s Chocolate Lava Big Cup – Who are they kidding? They just give you less Reese Cup and add chocolate syrup.

DIFFERENT – Mrs Freshley’s Reese’s Peanut Butter flavored cupcakes…..???

LIMITED EDITION – Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Spice Cookies – Why Not?

LIMITED EDITION and WEIRD – Chobani Flip Pumpkin Harvest yogurt with oatmeal pastry pieces, creamy icing chunks, and cinnamon frosted cookies…..doesn’t sound like there is room for much yogurt….?

WEIRD – Hostess Twinkies Artificially Flavored Iced Latte (This one I can’t even imagine)

WEIRD – Snickers artificially flavored Iced coffee……How good can that be????

Special Edition – Funyuns that are Maruchan hot & spicy chicken ramen flavored Onion Rings…..Might be ap-peal-ing?

LIMITED EDITION – Kellogg’s Wednesday Cookies & Creme – Not sure…Is this cereal only for eating on Wednesdays?

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Carmella Creeper ARTIFICIALLY Flavored Caramel Apple Cereal with Frightful monster marshmallows…..Sounds scary…..

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Chocolate Lucky Charms with Haunted Marshmallows

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Reeses’s Puffs BATS

LIMITED EDITION – Franken Berry Artificially Flavored Strawberry Cereal with frightful friends marshmallows

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Boo Berry Artificially Flavored berry Cereal with Frightful Friends Marshmallows

LIMITED EDITION (that they are calling Flavor Drop) Lay’s Potato Chips in Honey Butter, Masala, Tzatziki…….Could go either way…Spud-tacular or Tuber-yukkus

WEIRD – Doritos has a dye in it that can create see-though mice…….(This was on the front page of Yahoo)

LIMITED EDITION – Cheez It that is Hidden Valley Ranch Flavored?…..I like my Cheez its to be cheese flavored…..not ranch flavored……..All we need now is Cheez It Flavored Ranch Dressing.

DIFFERENT – Ritz Crackers in Everything Flavored (onion, poppy seeds, garlic & sea salt) Sounds tasty but don’t know if they are

(Mostly) WEIRD – Manischewitz – black & white cookie, gefilte fish, and matzo ball ice creams…I did a little research and I don’t think these were actually made but Manischewitz did advertise them. I guess we call that a publicity stunt. Some flavors that might have worked could have been cinnamon babka, pistachio rugelach, maybe even borsht?

I was watching Bizarre Foods and I saw this on a shelf in a shop the chef visited.

WEIRD – Queen of Farts Hot Sauce – Doesn’t sound appetizing at all…….and I accidentally came across the next one.

WEIRD (even WEIRDER!) Wet Fart Hot Sauce with Pooh…….

There is even special edition foods for dogs too!

LIMITED EDITION – Milk Bones in Pumpkin & Spice ARTIFICIAL flavor

And there is usually something Oreo.

LIMITED EDITION – Nabisco BOO Oreo cookies in the same flavor but with added coloring and different designs.

Well that was the New, Weird, Different, Limited, and Special Edition Foods for October 2024. Who knows WTFork we’ll come across next month?

LIMITED EDITION – Mike’s Hot Honey Club Crisps – Chips that CLUB the hot honey into you.

DIFFERENT – Cheetos Crunchy Buffalo Snacks – Buffa-Yum?

LIMITED EDITION – Lay’s Crispy Taco Potato Chips. Something to taco about…..

DIFFERENT – Hidden Valley Buffalo Ranch – Preferred over Possum Ranch.

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW – Jello Pudding Cups in Girl Scouts Samosas and Thin Mints. They think of so many flavors……..Maybe Jelly Fish is the next one?

DIFFERENT (and maybe gross) – Jell-o Sour Cherry Candy Squares

DIFFERENT (and also maybe gross) Jell-o sour berry blue candy squares

DIFFERENT – Dolly Chardonnay……..Next she will be singing something about WINE-ing to me….

DIFFERENT – Oscar Mayer Bacon Cheddar Flavored Pop Corn. It’s A-MAISEing that they didn’t come out with this sooner.

NEW – Heinz Pickle flavored Ketchup…….Might be Dillicious?

NEW – French’s Creamy Dill Pickle Mustard Spread…….? Dillicious?

NEW – Chobani Apple Pie a la Mode…………Pies have crust….A La Mode is Ice Cream…….WTFork! This is yogurt….

WEIRD – Most people enjoy pistachios because they taste good….Why mess them up with jalapeño and lime?

My Forking Thoughts on Pumpkin Pie M&M’s – Oy Veh

I used to love M&M’s Candies. I grew up enjoying the original and peanut varieties and latter I enjoyed the almond variety. Over the decades these candies changed things up and also introduced new flavors. Some I liked and some I didn’t care for……It’s been a very long time since I found a new flavor so I gave these Pumpkin Pie M&M’s a try.

WOW! It says on the front of bag ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR ………how good can that be?……..

Anyways

The M&M’s are different colors (Orange, Brown, White) and different sizes? Regular and mega?

I taste some…….I taste some more……

These are just too fake tasting to identify.

They sure DON’T TASTE ANYTHING LIKE PUMPKIN PIE

But even worse……

They don’t taste like chocolate either….

They are kinda sweet but not too sweet like some of them….

They just don’t taste like anything familiar.

Those were my FORKING THOUGHTS on Pumpkin Pie M&M’s I do note that YOUR FORKING THOUGHTS may indeed differ.

DIFFERENT – Elite – Shtix – milk chocolate with popping candies…..Shtix just sounds funny or like something nasty……

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills – Frosted Berry with OTHER natural flavors Cheerios…….”OTHER” flavors can mean anything in the food world like beaver butt juice.

DIFFERENT – By Gene Simmons – Money Bags Cane Sugar Sodas……I guess Gene Simmons from KISS is known as Money Bags?

DIFFERENT – By Gene Simmons – Moneybag Vodka …..Sounds expensive?

WEIRD – Imperial Nuts Naturally Flavored Dill Pickle Macadamia Nuts….Why would anyone want their macadamia nuts to be dill pickled flavored?

I also found some DIFFERENT, maybe Weird, and possibly NEW Foods for DOGS!

DIFFERENT – Bark – Fruity Toot Loops with a ? surprise inside?…I don’t know about this…..Fruity TOOT Loops…sounds like possible Fart Treats?

DIFFERENT – Bark – Frosted Socks yogurt berry flavored treats with a ? (questionable) surprise inside……..Fruity treats that look like socks….guess that is kinda funny?

DIFFERENT – Bark – Go Nuttys Peanut Flavor with a ? questionable surprise inside….OK Moving on to the next one.

DIFFERENT – Bark – Lucky Duckies turducken soft dog treats with a questionable surprise inside????? Ummmmmm

Maybe NEW – Bark – Beefy Meat Hunks soft and meaty treats….Well this one sounds normal……

WEIRD – Off Limits Gluten Free vegan Vanilla Zombie Cereal……WHY THE FORK is this cereal named ZOMBIE? That is really WEIRD. You need a grave sense of humor for this.

DIFFERENT and kinda WEIRD – Off Limits Gluten Free Vegan Strawberry Spark Cereal…….The Blue girl on the box makes me afraid to try this cereal.

DIFFERENT – Off Limits Gluten Free Vegan Coffee Cereal. This one makes more sense to me but why a rabbit on the box and not something like a race horse or cheetah……Guess a rabbit is better on the box than a turtle.

DIFFERENT – Heyday Harissa/Lemon chickpeas, Coconut Curry Chickpeas, Kimchi Sesame Navy Beans. Well they all sound delicious but don’t know yet.

DIFFERENT and possibly WEIRD – Sprouts – Pineapple Habanero White Carrot Chips – They sound interesting but mostly just taste FORKING salty…….BLAH!

LIMITED EDITION & WEIRD – Cup Noodles – Ramen Noodles with Everything Bagel ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED CREAM CHEESE…….SOMEONE MUST HAVE BEEN ON DRUGS TO MAKE THIS………..

WEIRD – Go Raw – EVERYTHING BAGEL Organic sprouted seeds – Why would I want seeds that taste like bagels?

WEIRD – Hippy Snacks – Banana Bread Crisps……weird but might be tasty?

DIFFERENT – Savorsmith Irish Truffle and Rosemary Luxurious Potato Chips….????? I like both truffle and Rosemary but not sure about them together…..Peacock woman on bag looks very WEIRD!

DIFFERENT – Pepperoni Pizza Cupcakes that made an appearance on Shark Tank. ????

DIFFERENT – Peperoni Baozza…….Now THAT is FORKING different!

NEW and possibly WEIRD – Star Wars Truff Hot Black Truffle Sauce……I do like some of the Truff Sauces but find it to be odd they felt the need to make a collectable edition.

Found this at Sprouts might be FORKING WEIRDEST EVER!

WEIRD – Sprouts Kimchi Dill Pickle Cranberries – You know someone must have been on drugs to think this one up.

I also came across some WEIRD foods for dogs this month.

WEIRD – Milkbone Dunkin’ Vanilla Glaze flavor Biscuits…..My dogs might eat them but would probably prefer a cheeseburger or fresh roasted chicken.

WEIRD – Purina Beggin – Loaded Bacon & Beef Nacho Treats and also Loaded Bacon & Cheese Fries………We love our dogs…Why would we buy them Junk food when they can just eat some of our people junk food?

DIFFERENT & maybe WEIRD? – Yummies – Zambo’s Ceviche Plantain Chips………..I just don’t know about plantain chips tasting like raw marinated shellfish? Then on the other hand – WHO KNOWS?>>>>>>>maybe it taste like a Shellabration?

DIFFERENT – Yummies Zambos Salsa Verde Plantain Chips. This one might be good so let’s dive in and spice things up with salsa verde flavored Plantain Chips!

DIFFERENT – Yummies Zambos Yuquitas Chile Toreado Chips – I think these are Yucca Chips with Jalapeño Lime flavor…..These also sound tasty and something to dive into…..Maybe one needs a nice refreshing beverage after this………

WEIRD – Seven 7 Select Big Bite Hot Dog Sparkling Water……….Might not be something to muster…………BURP!

DIFFERENT – Elote & Hatch White Carrot Chips…..????? Different and maybe Weird?hey sound tasty but aren’t so good…Oh well

DIFFERENT – Hot Honey White Carrot Chips…DARN should have bought them…..because the Hot Honey Beet Chips were delicious!

DIFFERENT – Alef Uncured Harissa Wagyu Beef Salami….Sounds good but I can’t say for sure.

DIFFERENT – Good Measure Crunchy Sriracha Almond Crisps…….Different!

WEIRD – WEIRD Yerba….YUP it’s WEIRD!

WEIRD – Keurig IHOP Artificially coffee flavored buttery syrup and chocolate chocolate chip pancake mixes……..WEIRD!

DIFFERENT – Fillo’s Walking Tamales in bean salsa habanero and Mexican chocolate almond flavors

DIFFERENT – Fillo’s Walking Tamales in bean salsa verde and bean salsa roja flavors

DIFFERENT and maybe WEIRD – Hershey’s Milklicious the middle of chocolate bar is replaced with chocolate frosting…..I think that is weird.

DIFFERENT – Van Leeuwen’s Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin French Ice Cream

DIFFERENT – Van Leeuwen’s French Macaron French Ice Cream

And there is usually something Oreo.

LIMITED EDITION – ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED Churro Flavor Creme Oreo Cookies. Oh Boy what did we do to deserve such a treat!

My FORKING Thoughts on Manischewitz Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties – It’s a SURPRISE

I came across these Manischewitz Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties on a clearance table at my local Smith’s Grocery Store……I don’t recall ever coming across Manischewitz Peppermint Patties before?….Well They only had one bag of them and I do love peppermint patties so I thought I’d give them a try.

I open up the bag.

I’m disappointed because the chocolates are all busted up and stick together.

Then I do take a whiff into the bag…It does smell like peppermint and chocolate.

I try one even though they are damaged.

UMMMM…….The chocolate is thick and good but not real deep like dark chocolate….It’s more like very good milk chocolate with a nice mouth feel…..The peppermint is Really Strong but good……This is like an upgraded Jr Mint…….It’s like Jr Mints but better quality with better stronger mint and better thicker chocolate….

It’s so good that one is satisfying.

I’ll be sad when they are gone.

LIMITED EDITION – Dragon Marshmallow Lucky Charms….. guess you eat a bowl of it when you do knight school.

DIFFERENT – Lucky Charms Minis…….Guess they make a good ice cream topper if you like them? Maybe the cereal machine got clogged and that is how these mini’s got invented?

DIFFERENT – Reese’s Minis……More ice cream toppers?

DIFFERENT – Cocoa Puffs Minis – guess you eat a mini cereal when you are only a little hungry?

DIFFERENT – Cinnamon Toast Crunch Mini’s…….That Cinnamon Toast Crunch on the box with the tongue is scary looking.

MORE Cinnamon Toast Crunch

WEIRD – Cinnamon Toast Crunch Loaded……with artificial vanilla cream……how good can that be?…..I thought loaded would be something fun like rum…..

DIFFERENT – KitKat Cereal…….I’ll take my chances with the candy…….

NEW – Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes in naturally and artificially flavored chocolate milkshake that also makes milk chocolate flavored……I think I’d rather just eat a bowl of chocolate ice cream.

DIFFERENT and probably LIMITED EDITION – Kellogg’s Froot Loops Wonka naturally flavored and OTHER natural flavors (what on earth can that mean?) flavored that turns your milk berry-licious…..berry berry good?

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Reese’s Puffs Bunnies – Some people will hop to it to buy it.

LIMITED EDITION – Kellogg;s Peeps Marshmallow flavored cereal with MARSHMALLOWS – Oh Boy1

DIFFERENT – Jell-O jelly beans…….naturally and artificially flavored – Hop to it!

DIFFERENT – Peeps flavored cotton candy…..with ARTIFICIAL flavors….For when you are looking for that FAKE taste.

WEIRD – Platinum Dill Pickle Cashews – Weird! Why would I want my cashews to taste like dill pickles ….unless I was CROCKED!

DIFFERENT – Dunkin’ Chocolates (Who knew?) Donut-flavored filled Jelly Donut Chocolate……I’m going to have to try this one……..

WEIRD – Creative Snacks Co. Strawberry & Yogurt Pretzels……More WEIRD and WHY? I can see maybe yogurt…………..but NOPE for strawberry on a pretzel unless you are like 5 years old.

WEIRD – Outer Space Vodka…..makes me want to puke…….ICK!

DIFFERENT – Country Cravings sesame chips that are honey Pineapple habanero flavored…….I tried them…..they are pretty good but unusually fattening…Oh Well.

DIFFERENT – Farmer’s Pantry Honey Butter Cornbread Crisps….Sounds tasty…Might be?

LIMITED EDITION Oreo Dirt Cake with Gummy Worm inspired sprinkles? WTFork? Well that’s different! Can you “DIG” the dirt cake with gummy worm inspired sprinkles?

My FORKING Thoughts on Dunkin’ Chocolates Jelly Donut Candy – Just SWEET – Maybe POWDERED Doughnuts

I noticed lately that there is a new trend of things that are not doughnuts that are “Doughnut Flavored.” I didn’t know until I purchased this candy that there are other Dunkin’ Chocolate Candies out there. I saw this one and I decided to give it a try even after reading the ingredients.

It’s made in Poland….

I open it up.

Darn! The one side is damaged and doesn’t come out so I take the other one.

My one dog thinks it smells good. The other dog is uninterested in it. I don’t give them any because this might be harmful to dogs.

I bite into it……It’s so sweet that it is almost hard to taste. I do taste raspberry and what seems like extra sweet white chocolate….I do not really get doughnut here………But I can imagine LOTS OF POWDERED SUGAR……..Maybe this can pass as POWDERED Jelly Doughnut?………I am undecided if I will eat the second one tomorrow……latter I threw the rest out.
