NEW WeiRd DiFFRENt Limited and Special Edition Foods out There October 2022

There is always something new, weird, different, limited, or special edition in the wonderful world of food. We just never know WTFork we will come across when we shop for food.

Up above is

DIFFERENT and kind of WEIRD – General Mills Jurassic Park Trix Trax Cereal with marshmallows…….I haven’t eaten this cereal in many decades but it sure looks like they added marshmallows……I have no idea why…..I just don’t know why so many breakfast cereals contain marshmallows……I also noticed that this cereal looks far more saturated with food coloring…..You know what that means….If you eat this you are going to POOP a rainbow.

LIMITED EDITION – Cap’n Crunch’s Red White & Blue Crunch Cereal that is star shaped….I think that this cereal must be a leftover from the 4th of July….It is also pretty darn colorful….Might make you fart fireworks.

NEW – Kellogg’s Naturally & Artificially flavored Frosted Flakes of Corn that are suppose to be cinnamon French toast flavored. As a kid I wanted my Frosted Flakes to taste like Frosted Flakes…..This is strange…….I would eat French Toast if I wanted French Toast. Maybe this cereal can do harm to children’s minds and they become cereal criminals?

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW and Scary – Kellogg’s Frosted Mini Wheats in Little Bites…..The box reads half the size all the flavor. That mini wheat little bite on the box looks like it might eat children……

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW …also SCARY – Kellogg’s High Fiber Blueberry Muffin Frosted Mini Wheats that are naturally and artificially flavored. That mini wheat on the box looks more like a killer Brillo Pad.

NEW – General Mills with natural and OTHER natural flavors (Now WTFORK does that mean?….something like natural vanilla and something like natural dog poo?) Honey Vanilla Cheerios whole grain oat cereal. …..

DIFFERENT – General Mills Caramel and OTHER Natural flavors Dulce de Leche toast crunch. Lower right crunch cartoon guy looks like he is throwing up….Not a good look for this box.

NEW – General Mills Natural and Artificially Flavored Cinnamon toast crunch rolls. Sounds very fattening. Might give you rolls of fat if they really taste like cinnamon rolls?

NEW – General Mills CinnaGram Toast Crunch. ????? Sounds funny …..like you are sending something awful to someone………..like Sin-OH-Gram.

DIFFERENT – Cap’n Crunch’s ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED Chocolate Caramel Crunch…Jeepers how good can that be?

LIMITED EDITION – Kellogg’s Special K Pumpkin Spice that is naturally flavored with OTHER natural flavors….The natural flavors sound ok but the OTHER natural flavors do frighten me…What could they be?????? Cat vomit? Elephant farts? Anteater boogers?

LIMITED EDITION – Nonni’s Biscotti in dark chocolate pumpkin and pumpkin spice. They sound tasty but I don’t know if they are.

NEW – PoP-Farts – My Bad I mean Pop-Tarts. These are Snickerdoodle ARTIFICIALLY flavored and proudly baked in the USA toaster pastries. (gag!)

DIFFERENT – Haagan – Dazs Summer Berry Waffle Ice cream bars……probably good?…but haven’t tried….yet

Different and maybe NEW – Haagan – Dazs Dulce De Leche Churro Ice Cream Bars and Haagen – Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel ice cream bars. Ummmmm They both sound good…I might have to break down someday and try some…?

I saw a few different snack foods for dogs that I never saw before

DIFFERENT – Dentley’s chicken feet….I was thinking that my dogs would really love to eat chicken feet….but they were from over seas and I wasn’t sure if ok……

DIFFERENT – Dentley’s Thai Chews with coconut and fish skin…….Who knew that you could buy Thai food for your dog? Also from over seas. I try to buy only dog treats made in the USA.

SPECIAL EDITION – Pringles Glow in the dark Cheddar-rrrrrrrrr and Sour Scream and Onion. Why would you want to eat glow in the dark food? It probably makes you glow in the dark poop.

LIMITED EDITION – Crafty Cooking Kits – Spider Web pretzel kit.I found them at Big Lots but I bet you can find them on the web.

So there is usually something Oreo.

DIFFERENT – Nabisco Dark Chocolate Oreo Cream Cookies.

Different – Nabisco Peanut Butter Flavor Cream Oreo Cookies

Well that was the NEW, WEIRD, DIFFERENT, Limited and Special Edition Foods for October 2022. Who knows WTFork we’ll come across next month.

There is AWAYS something new, weird, limited, and special edition out there in the wonderful world of food. We never know WTFork we’ll come across when we shop for food.

Up above is –

LIMITED EDITION and DIFFERENT (see Limited Edition in the upper right corner) – Frieda’s Angelcots…..I know fruit and vegetables are seasonal but it is always weird to see them marked limited edition. These are a different variety of apricots. Might be heavenly…or maybe they are devilishly wrong?

WEIRD – Unicorn Confetti – cake batter cookies………..I prefer my cookies to taste like cookies…..I make cake batter when I make cakes……Cookie batter and cake batter are not interchangeable………So the cookies are WEIRD……Also why are sprinkles (Jimmies and also known as twinkle coat) called unicorn confetti now……?……Is that a nice way of calling those things unicorn poop?

DIFFERENT and also WEIRD – Cap’n Crunch’s OOPS! 3X All MEGA Bigger Berries…….Maybe?…. someone screwed up at the factory and created something that they have to sell as a snack.

DIFFERENT & kinda WEIRD – General Mills Cocoa Puffs instant artificially flavored and with other natural flavors (?????) Oatmeal with crunchy topping. Gosh this one is weird in too many ways. Artificial and other natural flavors (what on earth can they be?????) Oatmeal isn’t puffs……I bet the topping is just crumbs of Cocoa Puffs cereal that usually is thrown out……

WEIRD – Nickelodeon Slime Kellogg’s Green Apple Jacks with red scary looking apples on the box????? Made with natural…….and OTHER (OTHER NATURAL?????…what could that be????? Lizard snot??) natural flavors that make your milk turn GREEN! No wonder why there are so many whack jobs in the world. This stuff is the food (and chemicals) that turns people into crazy lunatics.

EVEN WEIRDER – Kellogg’s AppleJacks with Spooky Marshmallows. That box is horrifying. How can anyone buy that for children. Just looking at it gives me the creeps.

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Lucky Charms with Magic Gems…….OH Lordy it’s just another cunning way to sell the same cereal with more marshmallows…….

Same Old Stuff MOSTLY- but WEIRD – Kellogg’s Special K Original with toasted grains and an old goat on the package…….BAHHHHHHHH Bahhhh

Same Old Stuff but also kind of WEIRD – Kellogg’s Special K with Red Berries that are really strawberries……and another old goat on the package. This just seems weird and creepy.

WEIRD – Kellogg’s Special K Flakes & Almonds that are chocolate dipped that are flavored naturally and other natural? flavors added…………This is weird because cereal is suppose to be a healthy food. The chocolate coating turns it into dessert….(might be good? in ice cream). This is also WEIRD because it not only has natural flavors but also has added OTHER natural flavors….My gosh what can those OTHER natural flavors be? Cockroaches? spider spit? canned armadillo farts?

WEIRD – General Mills – LOL Surprise Cereal….WTFork is this?….Surprise it’s cereal? Looks like it has those mandatory marshmallows like many of the child’s theme cereals have. No wonder why so many kids grow up to be assassins these days.

NEW – Pop Farts – Oh no my bad I guess I need bifocals…..POP-Tarts ARTIFICIALLY Flavored Peach Cobbler and on side of box it reads proudly baked in the USA. How could that be? They should lie and blame it on someone else. I guess this is a box of Pop-Farts.

DIFFERENT – DJ * BBQ Br Bohemian RUBSODY all-purpose seasoning. Cute name for a spice blend but weird scary looking label. The guy is screaming or looks like he is in pain…..????? Or maybe he just tasted the stuff and it must suck a lot?

NEW – Heinz Black Truffle infused honey and Hot Chili infused honey…….Sounds SWEET to me!

NEW – Heinz mandarin orange miso crunch, chili pepper crunch. and roasted garlic crunch……..Chile Crunch is this amazing condiment that adds flavors, textures and heat to foods. It makes anything plain interesting, (potentially) delicious and spicy. I make my own…..not to brag but any of the chili crisp that I made were all better than any jarred one that I have purchased so far…………. but I am intrigued by the mandarin orange miso flavor……That one is interesting…..The Chili pepper crunch should taste like you basic chili crunch…all chili crunch does already have garlic in it so I am guessing that maybe this variety has extra garlic and sounds like the least flavorful. Just my thoughts…I could be wrong.

DIFFERENT – Norita Sweet Sriracha Miso all purpose sauce….Never heard of a sauce like this before……?????

LIMITED TIME ONLY – Pringles Scorchin Hot Ones Los Calientes Verde. These my husband picked up. I can’t judge them because I can’t eat them….I’m sensitive to too much vinegar. For me they have so much vinegar in them that is painful to my mouth. My husband thinks that they are really good so he gets to eat the whole container himself.

Maybe NEW & a little DIFFERENT – Icelandic vanilla & strawberry lingonberry Skyr. I read that Skyr yogurt is creamier than regular yogurt and is less sour. I got a coupon from Safeway to get one free so I did. I tried the strawberry & lingonberry…..I liked the rich creamy texture. I also ;liked the less sour than regular yogurts…..But they might well just offered unflavored because there hardly was any fruit in mine….Mine had just enough fruit to pollute plain yogurt and left me disappointed. I don’t know if I got an off batch or just that flavor is lacking?

Maybe NEW and DIFFERENT – Icelandic Privisions in wild blueberry & bilberry…..I never heard of bilberry,,,,) And the other flavor is peach & cloudberry…..you sure don’t come across cloud berries very often……These sure are DIFFERENT.

Halloween is coming soon (unless the world blows up from all the marshmallows and artificial coloring in cereal these days)

LIMITED EDITION – Junior Mints with black and orange centers…….?? It’s always fun to discolor someone else’s teeth!

DIFFERENT and probably LIMITED EDITION – Chocolove Bites in Pumpkin Spice. Might be good? Don’t know.

DIFFERENT and probably LIMITED EDITION – Favorite Day Naturally and OTHER Natural flavored Candy Apple flavored pretzels…..Ummmm Natural flavors and OTHER natural flavors??????

And there usually is some sort of Oreo.

DIFFERENT – Here’s Nabisco Caramel Coconut ARTIFICIALLY Flavored Cookies with coconut pieces.

Oh LORDY found another Oreo

There is ALWAYS something new, weird, different, limited, and special edition out there in the wonderful world of food. We never know WTFork we will come across when we shop for food. Here are a few of the foods that I came across recently. Most of what I found this month was just different.

Up above is-

DIFFERENT – Wicked Foods brand Bac-No-Naise vegan mayo….If I invented a vegan mayo I’d name it Yeah-on-naise not bac-no-naise….Doesn’t Yeah-on sound better?

DIFFERENT – Wicked Kitchen Brand – Punchy pumpkin laksa kit…….Not familiar with Laksa but I know that laksa is a spicy noodle dish…….So why don’t they just call this spicy noodle kit (vegan)?

DIFFERENT- Wicked Kitchen Shiitake ramen broth kit (also vegan). It sounds delicious but can’t say if it is a winner or not unless I try it………

And now for some more Wicked but not Wicked Brand………

NEW – Garden of Eatin’ Wicked Hot Spicy Corn Chips……….Might be good?…Might be Wicked hot?

NEW (Sort of) – Garden of Eatin’ Red Hot Blues Corn Chips that are now tastier than what they used to make………Well at least they are honest.

NEW (Sort of) Garden of Eatin’ – Blue Corn Chips that are even tastier than what they used to sell……..

DIFFERENT – Crunchers Crunchy peanuts in hot chili lime, cheese and ranch. I bought the cheese coated peanuts……My husband didn’t like them and said, “YUK” “GROSS” and then said that they taste like peanuts that were coated in buttermilk. I didn’t even bother and they went into the trash….Maybe some people will like them?

DIFFERENT – Simple Truth Crunchy Pea Puff salad toppers in chipotle pepper and seasoned herb….They sound tasty but more like snack food to me.

DIFFERENT – Simple Truth Baked BBQ Flavored Pea Puffs……Who Knew?

DIFFERENT – Maddy & Maize Bourbon Barbecue fancy popcorn…..This I was going to try until I saw how tiny the bag was…..The bag is only 3.5 ounces…….If it’s good it will go really fast.

DIFFERENT – San Joaquin Almond nut chips that are hickory smoked flavor…..Could be good? Could also suck….????????

DIFFERENT and Possibly NEW – Cheetos HOTTEST EVER Flamin’ Hot Pepper Puffs. I like spicy but IDK……….

Limited Edition – Van Leeuwen Bourbon Cherries Jubilee French Ice Cream…….It sounds incredibly delicious and fattening as it should be………..

LIMITED EDITION – Van Leeuwen Planet Earth French Ice Cream…..???? What flavor is Planet Earth? ……..Pond Scum? …….Earth Worm?……….Moss?………Smog?

LIMIRED EDITION Van Leeuwen – Hot Honey French Ice Cream….Sound Delicious……..?

LIMITED EDITION – Van Leeuwen Pizza French Ice Cream…Just becrust you like cheesy.

LIMITED – Lindt solid chocolate that is blended with hazelnut carrots…(might be good?)

LIMITED EDITION – Peeps marshmallow chick decorating kit with edible candy decorations….Candy to decorate your candy…What an idea!

This next one I thought was fake but it is for real.

NEW & WEIRD – Boar’s Head Funfetti Birthday Ham. GREAT! Pig out on your birthday and poop out a rainbow.

There is usually some sort of New or Limited Edition Oreo…….Somehow I didn’t find a new one as of yet so I dug up these unusual flavors from China.(see top of box reads Oreo)

NEW – Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes with Cinnamon Basketballs………I could see kids having a mess…I mean fun with this…..What happened to Tony The Tiger…..He looks weird on that box like a generic version.

NEW – Little Debbie Ice Creams in Oatmeal Creme Pie, Cosmic Brownies, Zebra Cakes, Honey Buns, Strawberry Shortcake Roll, Swiss rolls, Nutty Bars…..Umm they look and sound intriguing…..?????

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW – Godiva Ice Creams in Mint Medallion, Salted Caramel Brownie, Hazelnut Crunch, Midnight Swirl, Praline Cone Crunch…….Might be good?

NEW Coca-Cola with Coffee……..If you don’t mind canned coffee why not?

LIMITED EDITION Cocoa Cola starlight…????? Doesn’t have an actual description but was inspired by space………Someone must have been smoking something funny to have thought up this one.

Old and maybe Weird – Chi-Chi’s 88cent drinks. I saw Skinny Margarita, Peach Margarita, Pink Lemonade, and Long Island Iced Tea Wine Cocktail. Lets see…Chi-Chi’s folded in 2004…so these party drinks are pretty old. (only kidding)

NEW – Lindt Lindor Almond Butter Milk Chocolate Truffles…..I don’t know how they are but sound like they can be delicious?

DIFFERENT – Hammond’s soda pop chocolate bar. This bar has cocoa cola flavor and fizzy popping candy in it…….Not for me but some will find it fun.

NEW – KitKat Lemon Crisp

DIFFERENT & Maybe & probably LIMITED EDITION – Peeps in donut shop coffee flavor…Because donut shop coffee taste different than coffee from other places?

NEW – Cheez-It Puff”d ……OH GOD they are awful! They don’t even seem edible. They stick to your teeth and don’t even seem like food. They should just send all the bags to all the prisons across the country…Eating one is just torture.

LIMITED FLAVOR – Smartfood Cinnamon Sugar Cupcake popcorn. I understand the cinnamon sugar thing but how do they get to make the popcorn taste like a Forking cupcake?

NEW – International Delight (liquid) that is Twinkie Flavored (artificial cream & processed cake) that you add to coffee………If that sounds good to you then you are easy to please……..

And there almost always is something Oreo

LIMITED EDITION 110 Birthday Oreo Chocolate Confetti Cake with artificially flavored cream.

There is always something new, weird , different, limited, or special edition out there in the wonderful world of food. We never know WTFork we will come across when we shop for food. Here are a few of the food items I came across lately.

Up above is….

NEW – Big Cup Reese’s polluted ………. I mean stuffed with cheap filler…..I mean stuffed with potato chips Reese’s. Maybe you need to put on weight and candy stuffed with more junk food might help you full-fill your jeans……………(HA!)

NEW – Reese’s football looking peanut butter candies. ????? WHY??? Footballs aren’t appetizing. Arn’t they made out of pig skin that they don’t use for food? I guess someone there got a kick out of this one.

DIFFERENT – Hammond’s chocolate bars in coconut cream pie and bourbon pecan pie…..They sound delicious….. (I almost cracked and almost sent away for them…but didn’t)

DIFFERENT – Hammond’s Pigs N’ Taters….? Chocolate with potato chips and bacon FLAVORED pieces…..Not worth pigging out on.

DIFFERENT – Hammond’s Malted Milkshake Chocolate Bar…Ummmm sounds delicious but I haven’t tried it…….(yet!)

WEIRD – Hammond’s Chicken & Waffles Chocolate Bar. Chocolate with chicken, waffles, and maple syrup. This one is weird! I’m too chicken to put chocolate and chicken together….

LIMITED EDITION (bottle) – Danzeisen Dairy fruit drink with an Alice Cooper portrait. Well Alice Cooper is a long time Arizona resident…I guess that is why he is on the bottle???? Could have used a better picture of him….Like from the Goes To Hell Album….That would have been cooler.

LIMITED EDITION – Mtn DEW in a flavor called Spark (with raspberries pictured..???) and Major Melon that looks like watermelon flesh….I guess you never know what grows on a mountain these days.

Saw several different Goldfish crackers out there…..

NEW – Goldfish Mega Bites in Sharp Cheddar and Cheddar Jalapeño….Sounds tasty….I just think the mega bites in sharp cheddar should have been called SHARK CHEDDAR and shaped like sharks….

SPECIAL EDITION – Goldfish crackers with added Micky mouse red heads…..not for me but cute.

LIMITED EDITION – Goldfish Star Wars Mandalorian baked snack crackers…mixed with fish…????? Speaking of fish…….

DIFFERENT – Good Fish crispy Salmon skins in crispy lime flavor……????? I buy similar snacks for my dogs….

NEW – Lay’s Layer three cheese flavored crispy bites….I don’t know what these are! I thought Lay’s made potato chips. Guess they ran out of spuds

NEW Charms (CHARMS?) Fluffy stuff cinnamon churro cotton candy. …….? Too much of this and you will get fluffy too!

DIFFERENT – Clancy’s Kettle Chips in Cuban Sandwich flavored that is marked dairy and kosher on the bag….How can that be when Cuban sandwiches are made of ham?

DIFFERENT – Sabatino’s Paleo Organic Lemongrass Chicken Meatballs…Sounds tasty and different.

So far there has always been some sort of Oreo out there.

NEW – Artificially flavored Nabisco Toffee Crunch flavor creme Oreo Cookies. Holy poop they came up with artificial toffee flavor.

Oh GOD there are more Oreos…..

LIMITED EDITION – Nabisco ARTIFICIALLY flavored Ultimate Chocolate flavor creme Oreo Cookies. The ULTIMATE or BEST darn artificially flavored cookies. How lucky can we get!

My Forking Thoughts on Kroger Reuben Potato Chips

I was food shopping at my local Fry’s supermarket and came across these Kroger Reuben Potato Chips…….I thought to myself I gotta try them. I glance real fast at the ingredients to make sure nothing really strange is in them.

They do have some chemicals in them……

Then I happen to notice that the chips are marked kosher and dairy.

I can be now be relieved that they aren’t made with castoreum (beaver butt juice actually from a gland by the butt) because beavers are not a kosher animal to eat. Castoreum is never listed as an ingredient because it is a flavoring. It is listed as natural flavor because that is what it is.

I get the bag home and take a whiff.

It truly DOES SMELL LIKE A REUBAN!

Incase you are not familiar with a reuben it is a sandwich made of corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Russian dressing on grilled rye bread or Russian pumpernickel.

The chips are slightly speckled, a little powdery, and are extra crisp.

I gobble a few down……

They are very tasty but at first they taste mostly like mild sauerkraut …….it maybe only slightly cheesy and laced slightly with a rye bread taste.

I eat one very slowly and it taste completely different.

When you eat them slowly you get the rye taste dominating the other flavors.

They are very tasty and extra crunchy.

Those were my Forking Thoughts on Kroger Reuben Potato Chips.

LIMITED EDITION and possibly WEIRD – Kellogg’s Crayola cereal. The only reason to make Crayon cereal to to poop rainbows. Someone on drugs must have come up with this one. AND WHO TFork wants to eat anything that taste like crayons???

Here’s one that makes more sense.

NEW – Quaker Oats instant grits in hot & spicy jalapeño cheddar that is naturally & artificially flavored……????…..is it the jalapeño or the cheddar that is the artificial flavor?????? Or maybe it’s a combination of both…ugh!

NEW – General Mills Apple Cinnamon Chex Cereal…..Might be good but I don’t see any cinnamon on those Chex on the box?????

NEW – Post Cocoa Pebbles Ice Cream – Only one thing to say, “Yabba Dabba Doo!”

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW – Pringles parmesan & roasted garlic potato crisps…..Might be tasty?

LIMITED – Pringles wavy MDA Burger…???? WTFork does that mean? Minnesota Department of Agriculture Burgers? Missile Defence Agency Burgers? Moose, Duck, & Alpaca Burgers? What ever these are they are artificially flavored.

NEW – Ortega Mini Slider Yellow Corn Taco Shells. They sound good.

DIFFERENT – Eat Real corn puffs in quinoa white cheddar and quinoa & kale jalapeno & cheddar……might be good might suck…don’t know.

DIFFERENT – Olde Thompson Nashville Hot Chicken flavored…..????….Does that bottle look already used to you? Who TFork is going to steal some spice to eat in a grocery store?

WIERD – Cinnamon Toast Crunch cinnadaust sold in the spices section in the grocery store…..Someone was an idiot to approve this item to be sold in the spice area. (just my FORKING thoughts……you can disagree and put it on your dinner tonight)

DIFFERENT and possibly NEW – P.F. Chang’s Korean Style Gochujang hot sauce….It doesn’t look like what I buy from the Asian Market…???????

DIFFERENT – Mang Tomas all-purpose sauce……..It say’s all purpose on the bottle…So use it like ketchup, mayo, tomato sauce, and booze.

NEW – Mezzetta Za’atar Olives…..Sounds tasty…We’ll see.

DIFFERENT – Creamy Caramel Cheese……It reads across package – Sweet brown cheese from the mountains of Norway. Sweet brown cheese from a mountain? Doesn’t sound appetizing…..????? Is it my imagination or does that skier look like he is pooping?

NEW – Reese’s Big Cup Peanut Brittle……It’s probably not as great as the original but I’ll give it a try when I find one.

DIFFERENT – The Brownie Baker (took a break from brownies) and made a Reese’s peanut butter cup cookie…..I don’t see much Reese’s in that cookie…….?????

LIMITED EDITION – KitKat bar in Key Lime Pie……Not bad….but not great…..also very sweet…….

So far there has always been some sort of Oreo.

WEIRD – Barefoot Oreo Thins red blend wine……….WHY? Oreos to WHINE about?

Well that was the New Weird Different Limited and Special Edition foods out there for January 2022. Who knows WTFork I’ll come across next month.

There is ALWAYS something New, Weird, different, limited and special edition out there in the wonderful world of food and December was the busiest month ever. We never know WTFork we will find when we shop for food.

Up above is

LIMITED EDITION – Lay’s Doritos Cool Ranch Potato chips. I would never wish to want my Lay’s potato chips to taste like Doritos Cool Ranch……..If I wanted Doritos Cool Ranch I’d be eating Doritos….This is just silly.

LIMITED TIME FLAVOR – Lay’s Wavy Funyuns……Onion flavored rings that are called Wavy?????? These don’t even freaking say chips….or even potato crisps on the bag……WTFork are they?

LIMITED EDITION – Deep River Snacks spicy Chinese Mustard flavored kettle potato chips. YES I did and they are really good. They taste just like Chinese Mustard and are all natural. I found them at Marshall’s

LIMITED – Kettle Brand apple cider vinegar potato chips….could go either way…….

DIFFERENT – Simple Truth Root Veggie Crisps Sea salt with chickpeas, shallots, beets & carrots……Might be good? They sound tasty.

DIFFERENT – Private Selection Chicken Tikka Masala naturally and artificially flavored ripple-cut kettle chips. I guess either the yogurt , tomato or the chicken is the artificial flavor? I don’t think that the spices can be artificial. I don’t think that this can taste good…..????

DIFFERENT – From The Ground Up Butternut Squash parmesan crackers…….It says on the box made with REAL butternut squash…..DAH instead of artificial butternut squash.

DIFFERENT – Regent vegetarian pumpkin crackers….What do I put on a pumpkin cracker?

LIMITED EDITION – General Mills Cherri Oats made with whole grains instead of the slop they normally use.

DIFFERENT and might be NEW – Beer Nuts Brand Snacks in Cantina Mix – guacamole, black bean, chili lemon & peanuts. ??? If they can pull off those flavors it might be good?

NEW – Veggie Straws – naturally flavored screaming HOT…?? might be good?

DIFFERENT – Beemster Pumpkin Spice Gouda. OH maybe that is what we should put on those pumpkin crackers above? I notice a lot of pumpkin spice is around long after fall here.

WEIRD (to me) Maybe not weird to you???? – Mr Bong fish sausage and Cheese Bong fish cakes in cheese flavor…….Maybe these are weird to most people?

DIFFERENT – Nature’s Garden Blueberry yogurt covered pretzels…???? Sounds weird…I’d never dip a pretzel in blueberry yogurt.

DIFFERENT – Hostess strawberry cheesecake naturally and artificially flavored mini doughnuts…..don’t know how they are but my guess is a little bit of both……

DIFFERENT – Godiva birthday cake truffles….bag doesn’t list any cake in them so how can they be birthday cake? It’s birthday cake minus the FORKING cake. Bah!

DIFFERENT – Ice Breakers sugar free mints in golden apple artifical and natural flavors….doesn’t sound apple-peeling?

DIFFERENT – TresBon sandwich cookies from grandma’s secret recipe of durian flavor……….I’ve tried durian once and it was the weirdest thing that I have ever tried….Maybe these cookies should be kept a secret?

NEW – Twix shakers…..I read that they suggest to shake this on chicken wings…..Might be good on ice cream!

NEW – NEW and IMPROVED Junior Caramels because the old one are now old and lousy.

LIMITED EDITION – Reese’s Decked Out Ugly Sweaters……It would be cook if the chocolate was all decked out like it looks on the package. If I come across them WE’LL SEE.

LIMITED EDITION Hershey’s How the Grinch stole Kisses……I have to say this one is pretty darn cute.

LIMITED EDITION – KitKat in Gingerbread Cookie….? These KitKats go 50/50 good or bad?????

LIMITED EDITION – Hershey’s sugar cookie with cream cookie pieces…….I’m guessing will suck..?

LIMITED EDITION – Hershey’s? York snowflake peppermint patties. I have to be honest and say, that brown star doesn’t look like a snowflake……Who could have approved this?

LIMITED EDITION – Hershey’s milk chocolate Comet reindeer. Guess Comet was the only one left.

LIMITED EDITION – Hershey’s – Whoppers Snowballs that are malted milk balls coated in artificial vanilla cream…doesn’t sound delicious?

NEW – Reese’s Iced Coffee made with milk and cream and probably Reese’s cups…..IDK if you are going for the Reese’s taste in your coffee just FORKING drop a real Reese’s cup in it.

WEIRD – Crayola Fruit Snack by Bebito…….made for farting rainbows. I hope they don’t taste like crayons.

DIFFERENT – Geisha wakeme seaweed……? Didn’t know seaweed came canned?

And there is always a FORKING Oreo.

Limited Edition – Nabisco Oy Vey Oreo Cookies in 5 Cool Winter Designs…How COOL they’ve finally combined some of the holidays….JUST KIDDING! (They aren’t THAT Cool)

There is always something new, weird, different, limited or special edition in the wonderful world of food. These days you never know wtfork you will see when you look for food.

Up above is –

DIFFERENT – Live Ocean fully cooked microwavable salmon risotto that doesn’t need refrigeration either. I wonder if it’s fishy? I sure love salmon but I hate fishy salmon.. it is hard to imagine salmon in a cheesy risotto…Maybe the risotto isn’t cheesy? I guess you either get hooked on this or toss it back?

DIFFERENT and maybe WEIRD – Sonoma Gourmet – butternut squash sauce or puree for your pasta….It’s kind of weird…..It looks like baby food too!

NEW – General Mills – Dulce de Leche Toast Crunch…. How good can this cereal be is the little toast guy on the right side of the box looks like he is throwing his guts up?

NEW – General Mills – Lucky Charms marshmallow clusters…..Don’t all the lucky charms have marshmallows in them? I reckon that they accidentally made defective marshmallows that stuck together so they came up with this to sell them.

NEW – Kellogs From Loops Cereal Straws – Leave it to Kellogg’s to come up with something that sucks……..sucks milk..

DIFFERENT – E&C’s heavenly hunks in organic birthday cake cookies….I can’t tell how it is unless I taste it but the picture on the bag looks more like a clump of Rice Krispies with neon extra colored jimmies. It says on the bag that they are ridiculously amazing….???? Maybe they just make you ridiculously great at farting rainbows?

LIMITED EDITION – ENTENMANN’S Little Bites that are pumpkin muffins….Might be good but what is that critter on the front of the box? and why does he look like he is about to barf?

NEW – Pillsbury mini sweet biscuits in honey butter, chocolate chip, cinnamon sugar, and blueberry…..?

NEW (mostly new) – packaged Krispy Kreme bite and crullers in original, strawberry, key lime pie, blueberry, apple cinnamon, chocolate and lemon….???

DIFFERENT – Marvel Cakebites in Hulk Smash ………I don’t know what flavor that is….could be green pea or crunchy frog?

DIFFERENT – Marvel Cakebites in Spiderman……I heard that spiders taste like strawberries…so maybe these cakes are strawberry flavored…..or could also be web flavored….

NEW – Snickers White – I picked this up and took a bite. Then I had to spit out the bite. This doesn’t taste like something edible. I don’t know what it is made of.It’s missing the nougat part…..has a few peanuts…and maybe more gooey caramel type goo……and a lot of white weird stuff…I actually used to love white chocolate but not this bar,

NEW (sort of…1st time I noticed in a store) Chocolove xoxox Ruby Chocolate…..This is the third kind of chocolate made from ruby beans….More chocolate in this bar than from the waxy coating on a frozen ice cream bar that I tried. Might be good!

DIFFERENT – Raaka bananas foster dark chocolate bar…Might be delicious?

LIMITED EDITION – Goldfish jalapeño popper flavored….Why The Fork not?

DIFFERENT and maybe WEIRD – Noble Made carrot ketchup…might be good?

NEW – Red Robin sauces in camp fire, buzzard, spicy ketchup, and whiskey river. Who knew?

DIFFERENT – Pickled Planet Beat Kraut….Could be good and it also could be beat……..regular kraut with some added carrots, beets and caraway seeds.

WEIRD – Dang aged cheddar Thai Rice Crisps. I think that this one is weird because I have never seen anything aged cheddar in Thai Food anywhere.

WEIRD – Lesser Evil – Paleo Puffs in no cheese cheese flavor. That can be nothing but weird.

LIMITED EDITION – Cup Noodles PUMPKIN SPICE ramen noodles with OTHER natural flavors…I wonder WTFork are the OTHER natural flavors? Worms? Mud? Spider poop? Could be anything….Just saying

DIFFERENT – Avolov avocado powder….Had no idea there was avocado powder out there.

LIMITED EDITION – Arby’s potato vodka in French Fry and Curly Fry Flavor..????? But Arby’s doesn’t sell alcohol in their restaurants. Oh it’s only sold on-line…???? That is odd.

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW – Frozen Cocktails tequila margarita, vodka mule, gin melon, rum & cola…????? IDK…since alcohol doesn’t freeze….and they are frozen then there probably isn’t enough alcohol in them to do anything.

DIFFERENT and maybe NEW – Frozen Rum Skinny Cocktails ??? I’m skeptical about frozen cocktails from my grocer’s freezer.

And there is always a FORKING Oreo

My FORKING Thoughts on Deep River Snacks Chinese Mustard Kettle Potato Chips – Worth a Fork!

I found this bag of Deep River Snacks Chinese Mustard Kettle Potato Chips at Marshall’s. I thought this flavor seemed different and fun so I gave them a try. The bag is different.

The top of the bag reads, “Because we give a chip.” What it means is that they donate from their sales to a charity to feed children.

Then I look at the ingredients.

Seems safe to eat.

I open the bag and it smells like mustard.

Spill some chips out.

These are very small chips. They look fingerling sized??? They are extra crisp, very thin and slightly powdered.

I eat a few.

They really taste like Chinese mustard with that slight horseradish flavor.

Now I go to eat one real slow…………can’t………..the flavors are too strong that way….These you just have to eat.

I have to say these Select Edition Chinese Mustard Kettle Potato Chips from Deep River Snacks are Worth a Fork!
